How can I pay for my online order?

 Soulstones accepts most major credits cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover when paying through our secure Paypal Credit Card portal at checkout.

 

I just submitted an order; can I change it?

 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 04 2502 3765 (International + 61 425 023 765) and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

When will my credit card be charged?

 

Credit cards are charged at time of check out. Order processing time may be up to 10 business days before the order is shipped.

Do you offer gift packaging?

 

Every item that leaves our facility is packaged in a keepsake Soulstones pouch with a product card and meaning card.
